Blacktown City Council has partnered with Enterprise AI to modernise the development application process through the implementation of DAISY, an AI-powered platform built on Microsoft technologies.

Designed to address increasing application volumes and resource pressures, the solution helps streamline applicant enquiries, automate administrative tasks, and improve assessment efficiency across council operations.

Powered by technologies including Microsoft Azure AI and Azure API Management, DAISY provides applicants with clearer planning guidance while supporting council staff through intelligent automation and faster application processing.
